Apex Window Case Study
Domestic project

Tasked with dressing a challenging window, the team from Aquarius set along the way to help create a solution for the client that not only heaped exuberance, but also gave a practical solution for them to block the light out so that they could get a good nights sleep.

The estranged Apex Window proved challenging as it was asymmetric in style so we had to provide a solution that would be fitting with the style of the window. So our curtains and blinds in Coventry were the solution, the blinds would offer an element of privacy from people walking past the house, however curtains were needed to not only dress the windows, but block the light out.

The team templated the window and then they set to making the opulent curtains. The blinds were motorised and the client was able to link this to their smart speaker.

To finish them off we supplied them with luxury tiebacks.

Domestic project – Napton

Working directly with the home owner, we were asked to help transform their main bedroom, the brief was to provide something that looked grand and was motorised. This included the skylights in the dressing room as well.

So using fabric from Kain Fabrics from their collection Scriva, we provide a two tone effect in both curtains and swags which stretched to over 4000mm wide. We then mounted these on to new Silent Gliss 5600 electric curtain rails which gave the client the full automated product that they requested.

With the dressing room we supplied solar powered Velux blackout roller blinds.

Domestic Project – Finham

We were invited to the home of a lovely couple in Finham where they were at a sticky point in their project. Having recently installed a new fitted bedroom, the client couldn’t decide on what they wanted to do at their windows and couldn’t decide on a colour.

After a relatively short time, the scheme was set and just a few weeks later, we delivered new curtains and a pelmet for the bay window along with cushions and a bed runner to help bring it all together.

Impressed with our quality and service, this then followed on to their lounge, but the client wanted much more here and needed help on their furniture design, lighting and accessories, so with the help of one of our Interior Designers, we put the scheme together and delivered a perfect showpiece, but one that was liveable.

Again in this room we had the challenge of the bay window, so we supplied new Silent Gliss corded rails along with padded pelmets, Roman Blinds and accessories for the furniture.

Domestic Project – Earlsdon

We were invited to help give privacy and dress a bay window in Earlsdon, the client was keen to have privacy yet, she didn’t want to block the stain glass windows, so we supplied dress curtains to the sides and in the mid section, bottom up blinds from the Luxaflex Duette range.
This both softened the edges, gave privacy from the passing public and showed off her stain glass windows.

Domestic Project – Tilehill

The brief was to take a very plain yet luxurious bathroom and bring a bit of interest to it, so with the use of our vast library of fabrics, we used the Blendworth range and manufactured a roman blind which gave the wow factor as you entered, yet complemented the rest of the bathroom suite.
